• Eat Healthily – Whilst insolvency and debt is stressful, don't neglect your diet and continue to eat healthily. Healthy body, healthy finances.
 Exercise – Taking exercise is an excellent stress-buster and is an ideal way to unwind regarding debt and insolvency.
