Step 1 Contact us
We will then gather some basic information from you on your debts and income to enable us to prepare your proposal as quickly as possible.

Step 2 Documentation
Once we have received all your information we will prepare a proposal on your behalf, which is then sent to you for signing.

Step 3 Sent for Approval
Now your proposal is sent to your creditors. You don’t need to meet or communicate with your creditors; everything is done from our offices.

Step 4 IVA Approved
Once approved, you have total legal protection from your creditors who will no longer pursue you directly for monies owed to them, you will now only need to deal with us.

Step 5 Become Debt Free
Make sure your IVA continues to work for you by maintaining your monthly payment commitments to us. Each year we will submit a report on your behalf to each of your creditors.
